Our presenter, George Demers has 30 years of teaching experience in violence prevention.  He is a “Violence in the Workplace” state agency trainer and crisis negotiator for LeSueur County SWAT team in Minnesota. This workshop provides information about the signs and behaviors of employees, community members who might consider violence against you. The class will look at policies designed to protect all individuals and practical application in a critical incident.
